  Waiting at the Research Station, as weather is too bad to go out to the ice sheets today.

  Sally R. says :

  Equipment has all arrived and is now waiting in the aircraft hanger. We will start relaying up onto the ice sheets today by helicopter, if the weather holds out, but now the weather is too bad to fly. It is really foggy
  outside and it has been snowing. we’re making the most of the creature comforts while we wait!

  We’ve arrived in Greenland, but our equipment is still on a ship somewhere!!! Staying at the research station until it arrives and then will head out on to the ice sheet.

  We will fly via Copenhagen to Greenland where we are being airlifted
  by helicopter to the ice sheets to camp out and do hydrological field
  work. We are leaving on 19th June!!
